- 1. National Diploma (ND) Requirements
- To gain admission into any of the 2-year ND programmes, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- O'Level Results: A minimum of 5 credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in no more than two sittings (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or equivalent).
- Awaiting Results: Candidates with awaiting results are permitted to apply.
- JAMB UTME Cut-Off Mark: The general minimum entry requirement typically starts at a JAMB score of 100 or above, though competitive programs may seek higher scores.
- Institution Choice: Candidates who did not initially choose I-CON Universal Polytechnic during their UTME registration are fully eligible to apply but must complete a JAMB Change of Institution.
- 2. Higher National Diploma (HND) Requirements
- For advanced professional specializations, applicants must fulfill these standard criteria:
- • ND Certificate: A valid National Diploma (ND) certificate in a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- • O'Level Pre-requisites: Fulfillment of the same 5 O'Level credit requirements (including English and Math) mandatory for the ND path.
- • Industrial Training (IT): Evidence of completing the mandatory one-year Industrial Training following the ND program.
